Our goal is to create and elevate a fitness community within our neighborhood that extends across the world. We encourage people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get off the couch.

Our DID initiative is to eliminate excuses and develop an obtainable plan of action get people to achieve small goals and obtain confidence to tackle larger ones. If you want to run a marathon or if you walk to test the waters with your first 5k we are here to help you along the way.

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
