 RETURNS POLICY

Nemesis wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date on your receipt to request a full refund of the purchased price. Returns will only be accepted if items are in a new and unused condition with the original tags & packaging. All items being returned must be placed into a box and returned back to Nemesis Fitness HQ.

EXCHANGES

Nemesis wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the garment doesn't fit to your liking you have 30 days from the date on your receipt to request an exchange. Exchanges will only be accepted if items are in a new and unused condition with the original tags & packaging. Once we receive the item we will issue a code for store credit for the amount paid that can be applied to your purchase.

Please email Info@nemsesifitness.com your return tracking number so we can ensure your refund gets processed promptly.

Returns will be processed within 72 hours once it is received.

Allow 7-10 business days for your money to be refunded back to your card.

FAQ.

If I need to return an item do I need to pay postage? 
Yes, you are responsible for shipping charges back to HQ.

What if I have a damaged item or incorrect item from what I ordered?
If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.

Am i responsible for the return if the item is damaged?
If the item is damaged we will cover return shipping. We will reship the item if available or refund you in full.

How do I join events & what is the cost?
Our community activation events are currently free. Links to sign up are on all of our social platforms.
