13.1 Training Plan

Things are starting to get serious. The half marathon is the perfect race distance. A great test of speed and endurance . This will consist of 5 runs a week that will progressively push you to perform at your best. We know life happens and you may not get every run done so focus on listening to your body. Take an extra rest day or add in a strength session if you feel great. Throughout this program we want you to take notes on how you feel. Recognize your strengths and your weaknesses and how you can adjust during a run to obtain the best results.
